- Odin Sphere/Tales of the Abyss - SUDACHIPS [Japanese Fanart Site ] - Not that I'm far enough into the game (at this point in time) to be looking for fanart, but I couldn't resist. Not when this site started me off with such an incredible Onyx/Gwendolyn (I think?) image and when I went through the rest of the gallery, I just fell in love with the artist's style. It's a really rich, beautiful style that does this game and these characters justice and she's done one for nearly every major character, so there was a sense of variety as well. The colors are fantastic, too. ♥ And I wasn't going to recommend this for the Tales of the Abyss section, since it was kind of small (compared to some of the sites I've seen) but then the artist drew a bunch of Jade images with him in various outfits and a really nice pirate!Asch and a handful of other stuff that made me weak. <3 (No real pairing themes/warnings.)

- Odin Sphere - MARUHAJI [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - It sort of took me a ridiculously long time to find the Odin Sphere art on this site, but it was worth the time it took, I think. The art is very cute and often times very pretty, the artist uses a lot of really strong colors and creates sort of a fairy-tale style tone to her art. This is especially fantastic for her Mercedes art! <3 There's not a ton of art here, but given how rare good Odin Sphere art is, it's one of the better places to start and there's a nice selection of the various characters (if a focus on Mercedes the most, I think) and just a very solid site. (Some implications of canon, but nothing too strong.)

- Odin Sphere - DALLAR [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There are only about five or six images total on this site for Odin Sphere, but I had to recommend it, because Odin Sphere fanart is so rare and because I loved this artist's work so much. She does the really clean, solid CG type of art, but makes everything so well that they look just gorgeous. She has one of Oswald with Gwendolyn in his arms that looks really kind of professional in the amount of detail and strength of the image. Plus it's just. So, so OTP-inducing. ♥ (A little bit of implications of canon, but nothing too overwhelming.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I wasn't sure if I would like a site that seemed to be more about Onyx/Gwendolyn than it was about Oswald/Gwendolyn, but I couldn't resist the beautiful comics the artist had drawn here. They're just really, really gorgeous and detailed and professional-looking and I'm desperate for Odin Sphere fanart. However, in the sketches galleries, there's also a lot of cute Oswald/Gwendolyn art that totally made me even happier with this site. ♥ There's art of the other characters as well sometimes, but those two pairings seem to be her favorites and she does them very well. (Onyx/Gwendolyn, some Oswald/Gwendolyn.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There's not a lot of art on this site, maybe only four or five illustrations (not including the scribbles), but the artist has a really pretty style, all these sharp, long lines that I really love and she draws mostly Oswald/Gwendolyn. Most of her art is b&w, but I think that actually works better for her, you can see the fantastic amount of detail she put into the first image, where Oswald and Gwendolyn are lying in bed together, there's so much to their hair, their clothes, the wrinkles in the sheets and curtains around them. And a couple of pictures later, there's this beautifully shaded image of them hugging and it's just fantastic. There's one color image of Gwendolyn in her Valkyrie outfit and it's gorgeous, too, the vivid blues of her outfit and the background go amazingly well together. So, there's not a lot of art here, but it's so fantastic that I had to recommend this site. ♥ (Oswald/Gwendolyn.)

- Odin Sphere/Tales of the Abyss - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I don't know if I would have recommended this site if I were only here for the Odin Sphere art, because there are only three or four regular images (plus a handful of doodled comics) and as lovely as they are (especially the artist's Velvet, who is really beautiful here), I wasn't sure I could justify an entire rec for them. (Though, there are more really pretty images in the oekaki board.) But then I started going through the Tales of the Abyss images and they were lovely, I only had to see two of them (one a beautiful Ion image, the other a really cute and pretty Luke image) before I knew this was going to be a site I loved. The artist uses soft, bright colors a lot, almost like the feel of a painting and makes it really work for her images. Some are melancholy, some are happy, some are kinda creepy, so many of them putting in a surprising amount of emotion. Plus. You know. So pretty. *__*<3 (Maybe a little Peony/Jade or Jade/Luke, but the majority of the site seems very gen.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I was certain that I'd gone through just about every available Odin Sphere site by now, that I might not ever find any new ones since I'd scoured fairly well. And, well, this site might not have a ton of art, but what's here is really lovely, very solid images with lovely coloring to create these really cool little pieces. One of my favorites is Pooka!Cornelius with the shadow of a human, while his little Pooka face is so angry. Just. Cool! And the Mercedes illustrations are some of the artist's best, I love how her watercolor style makes everything look with the character. And, of course, my only complaint is that there wasn't nearly enough art on the site. ^_~ (No warnings/pairings.)

- Okami/Odin Sphere - Sunny Spot [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I came here to look for Odin Sphere fanart and wound up distracted by the Okami fanart as well. It's just so... cute and chibi and pretty! The colors are these light pastels and the images are all these little scribbles of various characters and I wound up totally charmed by the site. The artist is actually quite talented, when she works on a more fully detailed piece, they come out really pretty, but I actually enjoy her little diary art pieces as well because they're just so chibi and CUTE and have really pretty colors. ....I'm explaining this badly, I think. But I really do adore the site! There's not a lot of Odin Sphere art on the page, especially not compared to the Okami section, but what's here is really cute and full of potential, I'd love to see more from the artist. (Maybe a smidge of Waka/Amaterasu or Oki/Kai if you want to see them that way, a little Ingway/Mercedes, but it's mostly a gen site.)

- Odin Sphere - glide [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - The more I looked at this site, the more I really liked it, the artist draws some really gorgeous basic lineart, even in just her sketches, and she uses some very nice, light coloring and while... not everything was to my taste on the site, occasionally the artist would have an image that was just beautifully done, one that would just hit me. There's one on the page of Gwendolyn illustrations, the second one down where she's in her blue and black dress, where the artist has used these beautiful shades of blue and softened it just enough to almost make it glow and it suits the style of the game so well. Or there's the really cool purple/black/white one of Ingway on the miscellaneous page or the really gorgeous Oswald/Gwendolyn illustrations. So, not a ton of art on the site, but what's here was very satisfying. ♥ (Some of all the canon pairings, but not a single theme.)

- Odin Sphere - Dusk [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - One of the cool things about browsing through so many game-friendly sites is that, when I go looking for Tales of the Abyss fanart, I can wind up on a completely new Odin Sphere fanart site instead. Excellent! Between the log pages and the oekaki board itself, this was a nice, satisfying little site. There's not a ton of art here, but the artist has a lot of talent and I really like the bright, often vivid colors that reminded me a little of the game itself. Very nice. <3 (A little of the canon pairings, but it could mostly be a gen site, too.)

- Tales of the Abyss/Odin Sphere - side-A [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I was rather immediately charmed by the artist putting the ToA characters into various costumes, a handful of illustrations for most of the main characters, but it was really the image of Guy watching over little Luke and little Natalia playing together while little Asch stands apart from them, obviously watching in pain. It was a lovely take on that scene from the manga and finally won me over. The site also has some very solid, pretty art of most of the characters, the artist is especially good at drawing Luke (the sketches of him and/or Asch are especially lovely) and there's a very sweet Luke/Tear-friendly comic and the artist's Natalia is lovely in her comics as well. By the time I was getting to the last of the sketch/junk pages, the artist had gotten some really beautiful art in, I'm very glad to have stumbled over this site. As for the Odin Sphere section of the site, there's not much here (just one really pretty Mercedes image and then two pages of diary-style art, which is actually quite a lot since the artist puts a bunch on each page), but it's enough to count and the art is very nice. ♥__♥ A-also. Totally worth it for the image of Velvet with Pooka!Cornelius tucked under her arm and stepping on Ingway's bloody head. I LOL'd. (Several potential het pairings, but this site could be entirely gen as well. Whatever was canon on Odin sphere probably shows up here.)

- Odin Sphere - ROU [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I debated with myself for a minute or two whether or not I wanted to rec this site, since it didn't look like there was going to be a whole lot of art on it. And there isn't that much, but... well, Odin Sphere is a small fandom, so I adjust my usual standards. Plus, I got to the illustration of Ingway looking down at himself as a child, curled up with his knees almost under his chin, and I was gone. It's actually a really pretty illustration, it's very well-done and the detail looks really good. But... I'm totally wibbly over the image as a whole, yes. ♥ The rest of the site is a little hit-or-miss for me, but there's some really cute Onyx art and adorable mandoragoras! Even the echa stuff was really cute, which is the section I usually skip on most sites. I missed having new Odin Sphere art to look at. ♥ (....nothing I'm going to warn for.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There is not a lot of art on this site, the main gallery has less than ten illustrations at the time of this recommendation, but you can find more by going through the artist's oekaki board. I actually went through the oekaki board first and was immediately in love with this site, the artist's art is definitely one of the best in the fandom so far. I really hope that she's only getting started, because her oekaki is cute (the one where Mercedes is glomping onto Ingway is delightful omg ♥) but her main gallery stuff is gorgeous. There's a sketch-like quality to it, but the lines are so strong and the detail so nicely done and the colors so pretty that they all look just amazing. I honestly can't decide if I like the artist's Gwendolyn (who is just lovely here) or the one with Ingway and Velvet standing side by side, they're all so fantastic. Just. Just-- ♥♥♥ (Some Oswald/Gwendolyn, some of anything that was intended in the game, some gen.)

- Odin Sphere - O-Cube [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There are only five illustrations in the main gallery of this site, which isn't really a lot at all, but... the very first link I clicked on was a Griselda illustration. I'm not sure I'd seen a Griselda image before! Aside from oekaki and the like. (And even then, I'm not entirely sure.) Much less such a beautiful one. The next was a really pretty one of Velvet and Pooka!Cornelius and then a really lovely Mercedes illustration after that. So, I caved and had to recommend the site. (No real warnings/pairings.)

- Odin Sphere - M I C H I S H I R U B E [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I know I've been recommending a lot of sites that only have a small handful of art on them, but I figure they're sort of like drabble equivalent recs and, hell, I don't care about doing that. Besides, there is Ingway/Mercedes art on this site and it is super adorable. The artist uses a lot of green and gold colors, almost muted or sun-dappled and it creates a neat little effect for this pairing. There's some art of the other characters, but mostly I'm recommending this site because it MAKES MY FANGIRL HEART HAPPY to see Ingway and Mercedes happily curling up together and smiling brightly and laughing with each other. Yes. (Ingway/Mercedes.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Another site with probably less than a dozen (well, maybe around that many) illustrations, but... well, it's Odin Sphere, which is such a small fandom, and it's adorable Ingway/Mercedes fanart. For as much as I started out focusing on other characters more, I suspect that I really want Ingway/Mercedes fanart the most and when I get such cute, pretty, and sweet art like the one of Mercedes about to whisper something in Ingway's ear, I melt. Though, the one of Oswald and Gwendolyn leaning against each other is beautiful, too. And it was fun going through the oekaki board for a couple more illustrations that were cute, too. (Ingway/Mercedes, Oswald/Gwendolyn, some gen.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Once again, I waffled on whether or not to rec the site for a bit, hit a certain image, and was totally sold. Mercedes dressed up in Ingway's clothes while the little frog sits on her head was just too damn cute to resist! The rest of the site is very cute, there are some really adorable Ingway/Mercedes sketches of them sitting in a field and leaning against each other or her putting her head in his lap, the kind that make me feel all fuzzy inside. It's all really adorable stuff. <3 (Ingway/Mercedes.)

- Odin Sphere - niwniw [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I feel positive that I have been to this site before and I know I liked the art a lot (as some of it is really just beautiful), but I can't find it anywhere on my recs page. So, if it's a re-rec... well... Pooka!Onyx is worth going back for. I mean, seriously! There is Pooka!Onyx on this site. And it's super cute and beautifully drawn and that just makes my morning right there. I mean, I was charmed by Mercedes and the froggy lugging fruit around and being cute/pretty, but Pooka!Onyx looking Not Amused and little hanaberistas dancing around so cheerfully and I just-- I love Odin Sphere so much. ♥ There are a couple of really gorgeous Oswald illustrations to finish the site off (though, it's mostly an Onyx-centric site) and... maybe I skipped the site the first time around because it's Onyx/Gwendolyn-friendly and I was in OTP mode before. Now, I just appreciate the pretty art. <3 (Some Onyx/Gwendolyn, often one-sided. A smidge of Oswald/Gwendolyn and some gen.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There's not a lot of art here, but there's just enough that I was feeling generous, I suppose. There is one that I really loved, though, the one of Oswald holding Gwendolyn around the shoulders in a protective stance while they're in crouch, it was a lovely combination of soft colors and pretty lines. But it's also that there's a super super adorable Ingway/Mercedes comic and I'm totally weak to that kind of thing. A cute, fun site that I liked a lot. (Some Ingway/Mercedes, some Oswald/Gwendolyn, some gen.)

- Odin Sphere/Final Fantasy VII - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Oh, man. There might not be much art here, but what is here is beautiful, the kind of stuff that makes me melt into a puddle of blissful fangirl goo. The Zack/Aerith illustrations are some of the best I've ever seen in the fandom, the detail and strength of the lines is incredible. The colored art is very cute and adorable and I love it dearly, but the b&w sketches are just amazing. It's the same for the Odin Sphere art, some of the b&w lineart illustrations, like the one of Oswald/Gwendolyn, are just amazing to look at. The details of her dress and wings, the fantastic hair and flowers are just... oh, man, so pretty. ♥ Plus, the site has a Shinigami/Halja giving a loveletter to Oswald and I gotta say, I laughed a lot at that. That's great. This site is awesome and I love it ridiculous amounts. ♥ Also be sure to check out the oekaki page for a few extra super hot illustrations. (All the usual Odin Sphere pairings. Some Zack/Aerith, some gen for FFVII.)

- Odin Sphere - NyanNyanWorksWeb [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There are sprite on this site. Little Oswald and Gwendolyn in their non-battle clothes and they are so cute. I was immediately that much weaker to the art on this site, because I love sprites so much, but the art here is actually really cute and often pretty and always full of potential. The artist draws them very cute, but that style works for me because the characters in the game also had a similar sort of cute-ish feel to them, even while being utterly beautiful to look at. The artist also draws them in modern day school uniforms and, holy crap, they are so cute that I had to squee a little. Very, very pretty site. ♥ (Oswald/Gwendolyn.)

- Odin Sphere - A Capella [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I am recommending this site for a couple of reasons. The main one is that there are sprites (adoptable sprites? I'm not entirely sure) here that are so damned adorable and cover every major character (as well as various transformations or clothing changes, omg!) that I was just in utter love. But I also was kinda intrigued by the oekaki art, as I was skimming through the board. Her Oswald isn't too bad, but... the one of Oswald and Gwendolyn in the cafe where Oswald has this hilarious Dark Look on his face immediately kinda made me love the artist. The site won't be for everyone, but I enjoyed those parts of it a lot. (Some Oswald/Gwendolyn.)

- Odin Sphere - drops [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - If this had been just about any other series, I probably would have passed the site by, since probably more than half of the illustrations on the site are simple sketches that only sort of caught my interest. However, because it's Odin Sphere and I love the all-too-rare fanworks for it, I'm willing to give it more of a chance, especially when the art really is very cute. Some of the sketches are just darling, especially the Ingway/Mercedes ones! Though, the sketch of Oswald sitting at the cafe table and practically drooling was pretty great as well. It was just a really cute site! ♥ (Some Ingway/Mercedes, but it's really more of a gen site of all the major characters.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I say this a lot, but it's still really kinda true--this site isn't going to be for everyone and I realize I'm probably charmed more because I had such ridiculous amounts of love for Odin Sphere, but I really did like the artist's style. There's a very colored-pencil/watercolor painting-esque style that worked well enough for me, especially because there are a couple of illustrations that looked really cool--the one of Mercedes (possibly older? it's a little hard for me to tell) with her hair down. Plus, the artist does a lot of Ingway/Mercedes where they are SO CUTE that I just. I loved it. ♥ (Some Ingway/Mercedes, some gen.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I went back and forth on this site a little bit, but ultimately... when the artist is on, she does some really beautiful stuff and I wound up rather liking the style. It's sketchy and colored pencils-esque or maybe watercolors-esque and very rough in places, but it works for the artist's style. Plus, okay, yeah, I'm easy when it comes to Ingway/Mercedes art, which this artist did a fair amount of. The one of them lying in the grass with his cape wrapped around her, too? ADORABLE. As for the fan-comics on the site... they start out sketchy as well, but the artist really puts in a lot of detail and after awhile it totally shows and some of her more current stuff is really delightful. I enjoyed this site a lot! ♥ (Some Ingway/Mercedes, some gen.)

- Final Fantasy III/Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I'm not precisely sure when it happened, when I fell for this site, but... somewhere around the fifth or sixth page of cute little scribbles (the pages have several on them, so it's a decently large site, even if they're small little illustrations), the combined sum total of the site started to make me coo over it. Plus, it's another site where the artist plays around a lot, so there's a lot of different pairings (not in the romantic sense, I don't think? just two characters interacting... well, maybe some pairings) and tons of costumes and the little chibis being SO FREAKING CUTE. The art gets cuter and cuter as it goes along, so I would love to see more from this artist, especially if she's going to draw SUPER CUTE OMG *COOS* Ingus/Sara some more. As for the Odin Sphere art, there's not much here, probably less than ten illustrations total and yet I had to cave and recommend it, because the sketches are just SO DAMN CUTE. They've got really pretty light, shiny colors that just about glow, which is perfect for OS fanart, plus the lines actually get pretty good. Mercedes and Ingway especially look fantastic in this artist's style. (Maybe some Ingus/Sara, a lot of gen with FFIII. The usual for OS, half canon, half gen.)

- Okami/Odin Sphere - uso800 [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There's not really a lot of art here, I only stumbled over the site because I followed the link from an oekaki board, but. The page of Okami art at least has a handful of images and they're just. The colors are so vivid and beautiful, so much detail has gone into some of them, the style and sense and atmosphere that the artist uses for them fits the game so perfectly. It's the kind of fanart that makes me want to fire up the game for the fourth time and play it again. *__* As for the Odin Sphere part of the site, it's not as strong as the Okami art, but I was enamored with the artist's style at that point, so I liked the sketch-esque quality to it and I liked the warm colors. I'd definitely like to see more art from this artist, whatever series she chooses to work on! <3 (No real warnings/pairings for Okami, maybe a little canon for Odin Sphere.)

- Tales of the Abyss/Odin Sphere - B.T.Bing [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This is a bit of an odd collection of art and I wasn't sure I was going to stick around at first, but about a third of the way into the site, the art got really interesting and really kinda pretty. Admittedly, I did start off as weak to the site because the first image I saw was a cute one of Luke/Tear, but then it was more about Sync or Ion or Jade/Luke, which were surprisingly detailed when I stopped to really look at them. The artist's Sync is especially fantastic to look at in the later images, whether super sharp lines or a cool stylized effect or just looking fantastic. There's only a handful of Odin Sphere illustrations, but! The first one is really pretty Oswald/Gwendolyn and then, about halfway through the gallery, there are more of them. *__* There's one of Oswald sitting in a chair with Gwendolyn draped over his lap and HI OTP FANART IT'S BEEN AWHILE I HAVE MISSED YOU. So. It's not a huge site, but it had some really great stuff on it. <3 (No real consistent themes for ToA, some Oswald/Gwendolyn and some gen for OS.)

- Odin Sphere - Moment [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - So, I was browsing through azira_e's delicious links and wandered over to her Odin Sphere section and started clicking through the links. Now, if this had been for probably any other series or if I'd recently been through a lot of other Odin Sphere art, I don't know that I would have stuck around very long on this site. But it's been ages and I really, really wanted more art. So, this site won't be for everyone, but I'm honestly enjoying it, the scribbled art and comics are cute, the colors are soft and pretty, and the artist gives a good amount of variety to all the main characters. There's a lot of art, especially of the oekaki-style variety and... I'll admit, the further I got into the site, the more I came to genuinely like it and really wanted to see more from the artist. They started doing some really pretty things with color and playing around with concepts/poses and just. It was a nice little site. (All of the main canon pairings and some gen.)

- Odin Sphere - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Okay. Okay. I know there are only five Odin Sphere illustrations on the site, but. They are darling and it's such a small fandom and it's one of my favorite pairings and it was just a perfect little fix this morning that I had to cave. The artist has a super cute CG style with really bright, vivid colors that fits the game so very well and it's super adorable Ingway and Mercedes. I love them so much, you guys. T___T♥ (Ingway/Mercedes)
