- Prince of Tennis - Ultimate Blue [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I am only starting to get into Prince of Tennis fanart, and I'm really glad that this was one of my first sites, because it's exactly what I look for when searching Japanese sites, exactly what addicts me and keeps me coming back for more. There are a handful of illustrations in these galleries that are just gorgeous--everything is done with a lot of skill and is very pretty, but there are a few (like the very first one of Tezuka and Fuji and the ones of Inui and Ryoma) that are beautiful. Very soft and pretty, but still maintaining that shounen feel that I've come to like about PoT so much. The icon section is full of incredibly cute little icons and I am so tempted to snatch one of them up to use. *hearts* Just... great site. (Primarily TezukaFuji, with some FujiEiji and single-character art mixed in.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - ........wooooo~w. *_* So much art here and so pretty. I heart. I love. I want to have its babies. *_* One of the things I liked about this site was that the artist drew the characters in all sorts of different clothes, not just their tennis outfits. Not only that, they're gorgeous, Tezuka and Fuji especially. The colors are often muted and in the general direction of earth tones, but it really worked for the art and there are some drop-dead gorgeous illustrations in here, especially of Tezuka. Did I say that already? Oh, well. Prettyprettypretty and lots of art. And the romantic images were just... nice. Very... well, not quite "sweet", but like the TezukaFuji version of "sweet". ^_~ (TezukaFuji-friendly/centric, but single character-friendly, too.) [broken link--site moved/was taken down?]

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I tried to avoid rec'ing this one, as not all of the art is to my taste, but then there was this one of Ryoma with these gorgeous eyes.... And the cute comics that just melted my soul.... And Eiji is so adorable.... And then there's Fuji leaning into the back of Tezuka's jacket.... Fuji and his brother and sister as kids.... And, well, I was just a total goner. Some of these are just adorable and totally make the site worth combing over. (Some TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis - KinKan Web [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - *sigh* Another site I wasn't going to rec until I kept going through the gallery and found myself really quite liking several illustrations. The art is a little on the skinny-stick-spider-freak side for me, but that often smooths out to create some lovely illustrations. There's an illustration of Fuji blowing bubbles that's just adorable, Tezuka with messy hair that turns me into a swooning fangirl, a terribly, terribly sweet one of Fuji and his brother, and enough TezukaFuji to make me a happy fangirl, too. ^_~ At any rate, I had much fun here. (Some TezukaFuji, li'l bit FujiEiji.)

- Prince of Tennis - Antique Cross [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Oh, my god, the chibi-Fuji kissing chibi-Tezuka on the cheek just completely and utterly did me in. And then to have the lovely Eiji right after that... I totally caved. The teddy bear Eiji is holding is gorgeous in the details and his eyes.... *hearts* The rest of the art on this site is very nice, lots of great Fuji illustrations, often with these pale colors that really work for the artist's style. Plus, occasional nakedness. There's little more I could ask for. The art also gets better as you go through the gallery, especially Fuji, who looks gorgeous in the later illustrations. (TezukaFuji-centric.)

- Naruto/Prince of Tennis - eks [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Wow, pretty! This is one of those artists who, with a little work, could almost be up there with official art--the lines are very solid, just detailed enough, and the colors very nice. There's a wonderful one of Haku and a couple of really nice Kakashi ones and while it's not my pairing, there's a gorgeous Kakashi/Sasuke illustration. The art starts out as very good, but by the time you get to the first real SasuNaru illustration, it's really good and I love the way the eyes are so bright and seem to almost sparkle.

As for the PoT stuff... oh, I can't help it, I just like this artist. They draw a very nice Tezuka and, I swear, Fuji had his shirt off more often than it was on. XD The colors are solid again, very solid, and the art itself sometimes okay, sometimes very, very good--a couple of them made me go all squeaky-fangirl, too. ^_^; Okay, I don't know the names of all the other teams or their members, but... they're still very pretty. ^_^; (Several shounen ai pairings, including TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis/Hunter x Hunter - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - You know, I'm not quite sure how to put into words why I liked this artist's work so much, it's just... partly, it's that it evokes an almost romantic feeling without being that OOC mushy sap that doesn't really apply to these characters. Partly it's also because, y'know, my favorite pairings. ^_^v But I think what I really like is a combination of the way the artist uses various effects/styles (like pastels in some illustrations, light/white/airy in others, darker colors in others) and the way my attention so often seems to be drawn towards the characters' intense eyes and some nice shading and... just... they're good. I think it's really that they make me just a little bit *flutter*-y when looking at them--*happy sigh* I love TezukaFuji so much. I really do. And LeorioxKurapika! *heart* It makes it extra nice because HxH fanart is so rare these days. And there's a damned gorgeous one of Kurapika in the Junk section. *_* (Some LeorioxKurapika, TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis - Nice Trip [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I've rec'd this artist before for her Hikago art (*hearts* Ogata-sensei~!), but that was back before I liked Prince of Tennis, so it's getting rec'd again. I really am amazed some days at the sheer amount of good artists out there for these two series (PoT and Hikago) and this site is no exception. The single character illustrations tend to be the best, but how could I not just absolutely love the TezukaFuji and MomoRyo illustrations? The second TezukaFuji (from the bottom up) is just... I fucking love that one. *_* The artist has a lot of skill with the little details of the illustrations, and does some really nice shading (as far as I can tell, mind) and I just love the way she draws their hair--I know that's so fangirly, but I don't caaaaaaare~. ^_~ Good, good, good site. (Li'l bit TezukaFuji, MomoRyo.)

- Prince of Tennis - Acute Works [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - *SQUEAK!* I've seen this artist's doujinshi on Yahoo!Japan and have been so incredibly tempted by them, so to stumble across their homepage.... *HEARTS* I fucking love this artist's work, the colors are just gorgeous, the details beautiful, the characters soft, but not shoujo-esque soft, which really fits with these characters. Just... take a step back while I fangirl for awhile, okay? I just love the way their hair is drawn, I love the almost-earth-tones so often used, and I fucking love the soft looks or soft touches between the characters. The artist also does some quite cute Naruto art that makes me feel all happy. *humming happily* (TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis/Saiyuki/Yami no Matsuei/Peace Maker - W-Grip [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - *bounce*bounce* This site has some wonderful TezukaFuji and OishiEiji, just... the kind that make me go *hanyaaaa~n*. And then there's the CHIBI-TEZUKAFUJI THAT I'M GOING TO SHRIEK OVER BECAUSE IT'S JUST SO GODDAMNED CUTE!!!!! ....sorry. ^_^;; These illustrations are full of nicely subtle colors, soft looks or touches, somehow managing to be wonderfully gay, yet not Supa!Gay, the kind I just adore, the occcasionaly goddamned cute chibis, and, wow do I adore those Hyotei group illustrations. Just... my love for these illustrations cannot be conveyed with mere words, just like my love for TezukaFuji cannot be conveyed with mere words. I cannot shove people at this site fast enough. ^_^

The Saiyuki illustrations are much the same, a lot of them, full of nice colors, good drawing skill, cool poses, and the group illustrations are fantastic--especially the later ones. Just... damn. *_*v

The Yami no Matsuei art I swear I've seen before, but I don't have the URL in my files anywhere, so... erm... this site may get rec'd twice. The Yamimatsu illustrations remind me of some style that I've seen before, but that I can't quite put my finger on, possibly some yaoi manga or something. Anyway, they're pretty good, the artist has a lot of talent for cool-looking poses/designs for them, making them look more like paitings or posters for the series rather than just fanart. Oh! Going through the gallery, I recognize that one of Tsuzuki with the dog as being from a doujinshi, so that's also contributing to why I recognize this style. Anyway, good, solid, fun art here, too. ^_^v

The Peace Maker (It always surprises me when I come across PM fanart, because I assume I'm the only one who's ever heard of it. ^_^;;; ) fanart is quite nice as well, which is wonderful for such a rare series. ....anyway, I'll shut up about this site now. (TezukaFuji, OishiEiji, Sanzo+Gojyo, Sanzo+Hakkai, Gojyo+Hakkai, Tatsumi+Tsuzuki, Muraki+Tsuzuki, other mild shounen ai vibes.)

- Prince of Tennis/Naruto - Peeping-Net [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - WHEE! It's the homepage of that circle that does those gorgeous InuKai doujinshi! *hearts* That one of Inui and Kaidoh amongst the leaves is probably my favorite pic of them ever, it's just... it shows how beautiful those two can be, such solid, lovely coloring, such cool poses... just, wow, I'm so terribly impressed. *waaaaants doujinshi~* Also, if you go through the doujinshi sections, you can see the covers of a lot of the artist's Naruto doujinshi and it's kind of neat to note that I've seen several of those djs before and to know that they're done by the same InuKai djka that I like so much. ^_^v (InuiKaidoh, some TezukaFuji, Kakashi/Iruka.)

- Prince of Tennis - FPD [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I was quite fond of the way this artist drew Tezuka, but I was a little hesitant to rec the site because of the Tezuka/Inui. It doesn't really bother me, it's just not my thing. But there was some pretty TezukaFuji, so I was happy to continue going through the gallery and then when I saw the illustration of Fuji lifting a lock of Tezuka's hair to his lips... I was just done for by the beautiful, subtle, intense, gentle look on Fuji's face. This is one of my favorite Fuji illustrators now--they really capture his subtle strength while at the same time being soft and gentle... and those eyes.... *_* And! Tezuka in the snow! Eee! *hearts* The style has a feeling that's almost reminicent of paintings rather than fanart or CG work, something very heartwarming and that makes me love those gorgeous TezukaFuji or Tezuka-only illustrations. Plus... I really like their illustrations of Inui, he looks fantastic. (TezukaFuji, some TezukaInui.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Ahhh, it's been awhile since I went hunting for PoT fanart, but Hana put me in the mood for this this morning and I just absolute, utterly fell in love with the handful of TezukaFuji illustrations on the site--they're gorgeous, full of that wonderful intensity between the two characters, and just made me sparkle so damn much. But the site also has a lot of other random pairings/characters as well (I was especially fond of the MomoRyo one and I'm developing a secret sort of fondness for Mizuki/Yuuta. Don't ask me why, I don't know. Oooh~! And the Christmas one! I loved the Christmas one! *_* And a gorgoues one of Tomo and Sakuno together. *_*), all just darling and wonderful. I also loved that if you scrolled down on the window, there was often times an extra background illustration companion to the main one and they never failed to make me smile or giggle. (Some shounen ai hints, various pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis - B.S CO; [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I knew right from the minute I first saw the main illustration on the gallery index that I was going to love this site--gorgeous Fuji with chibi-Oshitari (?????) on one shoulder, chibi-Yuuta on the other shoulder, and chibi-Tezuka in his arms. *sparkles madly* I absolutely love the color illustrations, the artist can do these just... gorgeous Tezuka and Fuji illustrations (the one chibi-Fuji is giving chibi-Tezuka a present and then kissing him just floors me with the cuteness)--well and others, too, but the TezukaFuji ones were the ones that really caught my attention. The comic/doujinshi (?) pages the artist has in the gallery are also just... holy fuck, they're gorgeous. And her Hyotei characters (especially Ohtori *_*) are just flat-out gorgeous as well. ....I burble in my love. (A little bit TezukaFuji, a little bit ToriShishi.)

- Prince of Tennis - AGEHA [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - This site is just so... cute. Such gentle, sweet, soft illustrations, with such pretty colors and capturing the... that soft, intense, passionate, in love quality I associate with Tezuka and Fuji. (I admit Fuji's a little on the cutesy side for me, but I love this Tezuka. ^_^) Plus some gorgeous kissing illustrations that I totally used to help drag a few friends a little bit closer to sharing this fandom with me. =^_^=v But what really caught my attention about this site was the main comic, which is quite long and one of those where you can pick up the story, even without knowing any of the words--Inui and Fuji are studying in the library together, Inui looking at Fuji with this sort of quiet longing, but Fuji isn't returning it, instead thinking about Tezuka, and while I did hurt for Inui (and wanted to kick him in Kaidoh's direction), the scene where Tezuka happens on Inui kissing the sleeping Fuji... was fantastic. And! When Tezuka put his jacket over the still-sleeping Fuji! Eeee! *sparkles* And the second comic where Fuji's watching Tezuka play in the rain.... *_____* ....I'll stop gushing over the TezukaFuji now. Y'know, until the next rec. ^_~ (TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis - Hold On [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - This morning, I have just been in a TezukaFuji mood and the universe seems to have decided to be kind for once and bestow upon me many, many beautiful, wonderful, lovely TezukaFuji illustrations and this site... just makes me incredibly happy to see. The artist (yet again) captures the feeling of the characters, that gentleness, that subtleness, that quietly deep passion between them, the little things that show how much they mean to each other, just quietly leaning into each other showing so much. Plus beautiful. Just absolutely, completely beautiful. And then when the artist draws them in traditional clothing, they're even more gorgeous and beautiful and just... *happy sigh* I'm getting into that sort of fangirl mode where I'm so sparkly and so happy that I can barely contain my love for this pairing. Just... every time I clicked on the next link I fell in love all over again. *sparkle*sparkle* And guh. Every time I see that illustration of them lying in bed together, reading, or where Fuji is eating the apple slice off the knife Tezuka is holding, I just want to swoon. And! And! Chibi-Tezuka and chibi-Fuji comic makes me MELT. *_* And! And! Diary art is GORGEOUS! *_* ....I think this is officially one of my favorite sites now. (TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Okay, I had to rec this site just for the final Inui/Sakuno illustration. ^_~ (Actually, it was very sweet and pretty and made me smile to see it. ....I admit I'm odd.) Anyway, this is one of those sites that's just so damn cute that I can't help but rec it--plus there's an absolutely, positively squee-worthy Golden Pair illustration that crushed my soul with its cuteness. *_* There's also some really, really nice Tezuka art, some really wonderful Oishi-only art, much, much cuteness to be found here. *sparkles* This is one of those sites that shows why I've grown to be so very fond of oekaki art (my favorites were the Oishi ones, but those Ohtori oekaki illustrations were nice *_*). ^_^v (Some OishiEiji, TezukaFuji, random other pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - This site seriously has some of the best oekaki I've ever seen, the artist really seems to specialize in the style. Which does make me curious to see what a more traditional illustration would look like done by this artist, but... I really didn't feel let down that this seems to be a purely oekaki site, because the art is just... so much FUN! Some were giggle-worthy, some were just really, really cool, some were sweet, some were lovely, etc., running the gamut of feelings to each one. *sparkles* I loved. (A lot of the traditional pairings, some occasional rarer pairings. I think the most common one was TezukaFuji with about four or five images, ToriShihi probably being second.)

- Prince of Tennis - Vanishing Life [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I love it when artists draw sketches based on the various JUMP issues, because they do wonderful little illustrations that are cute or funny or sweet or just fun, and I absolutely love, love, loved the way this artist draws Tezuka in them. *_* The main illustrations on the site were adorable, very cute comics, but it was those WJ-based sketches that made me go *_* and fall in love with the art on the site. It was just... the characters are gorgeous and the quiet, subtle Tezuka/Fuji hints... I sparkled madly. ^_^v (A little bit TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I admit, it took me a few illustrations for the artist's CG style to grow on me, but after seeing the first ten or so, I was absolutely, utterly captiviated by how wonderful they were. The colors and shading are gorgeous, but it's the... feel of intimacy between Tezuka and Fuji, the feeling of attraction and love and intensity... that all made these illustrations just absolutely lovely. This has really become one of my favorites of recent times, because it was just so... right for them. Plus! The group illustrations were both lovely and hysterical. And! The comics? Gorgeous. I love. XD (TezukaFuji/FujiTezuka, with hints of OishiEiji and InuiKaidoh.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Saaaaa, another site where the comics just completely won me over and made me fawn over the lovely art just massively. The illustrations in the main gallery are adorable, the soft, almost delicate lines of the characters not really shoujo-y, but a softer, prettier type of shounen (much like the series itself) and I just love the way the artist draws Tezuka and Fuji. But the comics... *sparkles* oh, how I was in absolute, utter love with them. *_* My precious, darling babies are beautiful and you can tell the artist either must be a doujinshika or else certainly has the talent and patience for it, because they're very detailed and wonderfully laid-out. There's just so much to go, "Eeee! CUTE!" over that I had to rec the site. *sparkles* (TezukaFuji/FujiTezuka, maybe a little OshitariGakuto.)

- Prince of Tennis - Level F [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - *____* Such beautiful TezukaFuji CG work. The colors are sharp and professional looking, the lines clean and smooth, and the poses just kill me with their warm intensity between these two wonderful characters. *_* They're both gorgeous, this site drawing one of my now-favorite Fujis and! And! The one of chibi-Tezuka and chibi-Fuji holding the tennis racket is just darling. *sparkles* Also, the one illustration of Taka-kun is really good, one of my favorites for him now, too. *hearts* I really, really liked this site. XD (TezukaFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis - Sky Shark [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Oh, wow, what beautiful CG art. *_* They almost... glow and are just absolutely beautiful and adorable and darling. There's this absolutely gorgeous one of the three Fuji siblings, gorgeous chibi-Tezuka, some beautiful TezukaFuji, an adorable MomoRyo, and on and on and on. I'm just... so impressed by how well this artist draws with the CG style, the eyes and hair (especially the shading on the hair *___*) are just fantastic. I love this site. *_* (Some TezukaFuji, FujiRyoma, lots of common pairings, no particular single theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - Lyrical Park [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Such soft, pretty, delicate lines and edges to these characters, it just makes me go *___* happily. This is yet another artist who really captures the feeling of the pairings she's drawing, the dynamics of each one (or at least the TezukaFuji one and we all know that's the one I really care about ^_~) and does it with such lovely colors. The way the artist draws Fuji is one of my favorites, where he looks almost kind of delicate, but with a strength that's amazing. And her Tezuka is gorgeous and I drool happily over him. *___* (TezukaFuji, some InuiFuji and FujiTaka.)

- Prince of Tennis - ttt [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I... am a sucker for TezukaFuji fanart that's both cute and has that subtle sort of intensity that I associate with the characters/pairing and this site was pushing all the right buttons for me. One of the things that attracted me to J-fanart in the first place that so many of the artists could capture those things about the characters, just using pictures and colors, and... yeah, this site is another one of those that does that. Plus! CHIBIS IN LOVE! *sparkles* There's this absolutely, positively adorable comic on the site that has chibi-Tezuka and chibi-Fuji and it just made me melt from the cuteness. =^_^= (TezukaFuji-centric, some FujiOther.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I am recommending this site because the artist seems to... mm, I'm not sure how to explain it. Sometimes it isn't about the style the artist uses, but the way it makes me feel when I look at the art, the way it makes me smile to go through all the links and see the various little sketches based on the weekly manga installments and that the artist seems to approach TezukaFuji much the same way I do. Or at least pick up on all the moments I picked up on during those Hyotei matches. Sometimes art is about more than just the flashy illustrations or character portraits and that's what I got out of this site, something that just made me smile happily (and the occasional giggle when the artist was being silly XD). =^_^= And plus? Any site that has an illustration of Tezuka and Fuji fishing together (with Fuji sleeping against Tezuka no less) is *SO* getting rec'd. *_* (TezukaFuji.)
