- Prince of Tennis - Foot Print [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I'm not sure how to describe why I liked this site so much other than it does some really cool illustrations of various characters. There's not a whole lot of Seigaku-focused art on the site (there's a Tezuka that I really liked, though), but the artist does a wonderful Sengoku. And pretty Ohtori, Shishido and ToriShishi. The art is that blend between sketching and inked pictures that just... appeals to me so much. Plus, the actual sketches themselves looked fantastic and I just... had a lot of fun here. (Some shounen ai, no real pairing theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - Dawn [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Ooh, lookit the pretty art. +_+ The older illustrations have a very CG-y feel to them, but they're still gorgeous and I love the colors and the way the artist does the eyes. There's an absolutely gorgeous, oddly enough, illustration of Sakuno and Tomoko that I just adored. There are a few MomoRyo illustrations that I just love, the second of which has Momo-chan in a t-shirt that looks amazing, though, they all make me... just... happy~ *floats* But the one of Nanjiroh and Ryoma probably has to be my favorite, simply because I just don't see that nearly enough. (No single pairing theme, lots of couples, but MomoRyo shows up a lot.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Okay, I had to rec this site just for the final Inui/Sakuno illustration. ^_~ (Actually, it was very sweet and pretty and made me smile to see it. ....I admit I'm odd.) Anyway, this is one of those sites that's just so damn cute that I can't help but rec it--plus there's an absolutely, positively squee-worthy Golden Pair illustration that crushed my soul with its cuteness. *_* There's also some really, really nice Tezuka art, some really wonderful Oishi-only art, much, much cuteness to be found here. *sparkles* This is one of those sites that shows why I've grown to be so very fond of oekaki art (my favorites were the Oishi ones, but those Ohtori oekaki illustrations were nice *_*). ^_^v (Some OishiEiji, TezukaFuji, random other pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - This site seriously has some of the best oekaki I've ever seen, the artist really seems to specialize in the style. Which does make me curious to see what a more traditional illustration would look like done by this artist, but... I really didn't feel let down that this seems to be a purely oekaki site, because the art is just... so much FUN! Some were giggle-worthy, some were just really, really cool, some were sweet, some were lovely, etc., running the gamut of feelings to each one. *sparkles* I loved. (A lot of the traditional pairings, some occasional rarer pairings. I think the most common one was TezukaFuji with about four or five images, ToriShihi probably being second.)

- Prince of Tennis - Over+ [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - This is one of those artists that does just... cute art that's really fun and makes me smile to see the illustrations. I really just... like the drawings of the characters, they do a nice variety of them, and the colors look really pretty. There's an adorable one of Gakuto, I love the Tezuka illustrations, I *heart* the one of Keigo in glasses (there's actually a series of them, but that one is my favorite XD), and there's one of Tezuka and Oishi that I really, really liked. Plus! Adorable icons/sprites! So damn cute. XD (A little bit Keigo/Sengoku, maybe a little Oshitari/Gakuto, but no real pairing themes.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Eeee! Such cute CG work! Not, like, overly cutesy, but drawing the characters to be just adorable and the colors soft enough that the CG style looks very, very pretty, and the shading is amazing. I just... love the way this artist draws Tezuka and the way she draws Eiji, too, very... mm, I'm having trouble finding the words, but it's really nice. There's also a good selection, some really cool poses (That Men in Black one? Cool. *_* And Inui/Mizuki? COOL! XD) (Lotsa Inui-centric pairings, but no single theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - Timeless Garden [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I admit that I'm a sucker for any site that has a handful of Tezuka/Keigo illustrations (even if they're not really pairing ones or one of the main themes of the site), but I also like the way this site does single-character illustrations--the one of Fuji is lovely and I actually really liked the one of Sakuno. I'm also quite fond of the site's Keigo, very pretty. Plus, the colors are nice, the almost-pencil-drawing style works well for the artist... and, just, yeah, nice art, I liked it. ^_^v (Some mild shounen ai, but no real pairing themes.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Okay, I had to rec this site for the absolutely adorable comic where Tezuka, Fuji, and Ryoma are walking along and spot Keigo, Oshitari, and Gakuto, and Keigo has a cut on his finger. So Tezuka grabs the hand, sucking on the injured finger, much to the surprise of everyone else... at least until Fuji (who looks supremely pissed XD) and Ryoma drag Tezuka away from him. I loved that. XD XD XD The art is very cute, I like the sharp, clean lines, and the characters look very pretty. The comic, however, just made the site for me. *sparkles* (No single pairing theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - When I surfed onto this site and saw the illustration of Keigo dressed up like a king (complete with sash and crown XD), I knew I was still falling for the pretty Hyotai diva captain, because I fawned over it so much. The colors the artist uses are really nice, those rich, full tones that are shaded so beautifully, that just make the illustrations look wonderful. The lines are clean and smooth and there's a nice selection of art making this a really fun site to go through. ^_^v (A little bit shounen ai, not too much.)

- Prince of Tennis - Sky Shark [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Oh, wow, what beautiful CG art. *_* They almost... glow and are just absolutely beautiful and adorable and darling. There's this absolutely gorgeous one of the three Fuji siblings, gorgeous chibi-Tezuka, some beautiful TezukaFuji, an adorable MomoRyo, and on and on and on. I'm just... so impressed by how well this artist draws with the CG style, the eyes and hair (especially the shading on the hair *___*) are just fantastic. I love this site. *_* (Some TezukaFuji, FujiRyoma, lots of common pairings, no particular single theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - Moon Struck [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I really, really enjoyed this site--the first illustration to capture my attention was one of Ohtori, where he looks so sad (yet gorgeous :9) that I just wanted to give him a great big hug. Then there was a lovely illustration of Keigo and I was completely sold on the site. *_* The artist does some very solid, good art and her Keigo is just... yum. :9 But, really, my favorite is probably the illustration of Keigo just after his match with Tezuka, the words on the picture and the entire feeling it evoked in me, it was very touching. *_* (A buncha yaoi hints, but no single pairing theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - The more this artist goes along, the prettier her illustrations get--some of the most recent ones of Tezuka or Fuji are just gorgeous, the colors these lovely sort of subtle shades, the lines just wonderful to make them look so beautiful. And, really, I like pretty much all of her illustrations--she does gorgeous ones of Mizuki and Ohtori and Shishido and Oshitari, etc. as well!--they're wonderfully done, but then I just flutter over the TezukaFuji/FujiTezuka ones. Plus! Plus! I love her oekaki illustrations, they're both adorable and gorgeous--especially the chibi-esque ones! *_* (Some TezukaFuji/FujiTezuka, other random gently shounen ai pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis/Naruto - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - This artist's style starts out as just being one of those artists who draws the most adorable illustrations you've ever seen. The kind where you want to pick the characters up and just hug them to little pieces. Then as the artist draws more and more, as she progresses, her style becomes this beautiful ability, drawing these absolutely gorgeous characters. Some of the Naruto ones (especially of the 4th Hokage) just took my breath away. And just... guh, the artist draws a beautiful, beautiful Tezuka. The artist also does a beautiful Fuji and an adorable Eiji and, guh was that top illustration of Keigo gorgeous. Plus? Any site that includes two of my favorite shounen series like this? Loooooooove. (Some mildly shounen ai pairings, no PoT theme, some SasuNaru.)

- Prince of Tennis - Random Blue [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - ....guh. So, so pretty. *_* Just... I love the style the artist uses, again, it's almost like actual paintings rather than just regular CG work and they're beautiful for it. The artist uses these lovely soft colors and gorgeous lines (not quite sharp, not quite sketchy, somewhere in between) and draws the characters in these heart-warming poses, so that the overall effect is just... wonderful. Plus? Her Tezuka? Gorgeous. Her Fuji? Beautiful. Her Jiroh? Adorable. And the TezukaFuji? My face-->*______* (TezukaFuji, some other mildly hinty shounen ai.)

- Prince of Tennis - Kunimitsu Photo Gallery [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I was just... enamored with this artist's illustrations when I randomly surfed onto the site. It took me a bit to get used to the art (the proportions can be a little off), but after seeing Tezuka wet from the rain a few times, I was won over. XD What I like about the artist is that their coloring is very, very good, it really makes the illustrations look professional in that aspect, and the other thing is that Tezuka is so very... Tezuka. Meaning that he seems IC most of the time, especially when he has that gorgeous gaze that's slightly slanted to the side. *_* Plus, there was this one illustration of Tezuka and Keigo that was just... really kinda pretty and I loved the colors she used, such pretty greens. And! And! Effing adorable chibis! It also doesn't hurt that Tezuka doesn't seem to be able to keep his shirt on about a third of the time. :9 (No real warnings/pairing theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - Viva-spa [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - The further I got into this gallery, the more and more *___* I became--the more the artist draws, the better she gets and there are some absolutely wonderful illustrations here. The TezuFuji one made me flutter madly (such lovely colors and she made the characters so beautiful and I love Fuji grabbing Tezuka's arm and resing his face against Tezuka's shoulder and smiling like that *flutters~*) and the Naruto ones were just flat-out cool. I knew I was going to rec this site halfway through the gallery, but then I got to this series of sketches of Atobe that were just... gorgeous, just incredible drawings of him. And, yeah, fell in love all over again. *_* (Most traditional yaoi pairings, but ToriShishi-centric.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Oooh, another site that has a good selection of all the characters, especially a lot of the various rival schools! ^___^ The arist also does adorable comics and I really, really liked the soft/light usage of color and the wonderful shading. There is a lot of art here, but my favorites were really the Fudomine comics, which was really fun--and I was terribly pleased to see a TachibanaxShinji comic page in there as well as a lovely Ann. I also hug the adorable Yuuta/Mizuki illustrations and fawn over the lovely Rokkaku (Spike and Davide! XD) comics. *___* Such pretty eyes~~ *coughs* I'll move along now. >_> (A little yaoi, usually the most conventional pairings for each school.)

- Prince of Tennis - WATZ 0062 [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I wasn't originally going to rec this site because it didn't really have any of the pairings I liked, but the art was cute enough for me to keep going through it and clicking on everything. And I kept going... and going... and going... and holy Christ was there a lot of art here. A LOT. And it's all really cute, so I was won over by that and kind of started thinking about rec'ing the site. Then I hit the parody gallery. Seigaku and Hyotei genderswapped. Atobe Keiko in her short little skirt. Inui Sadako with her dubious fashion sense. Akutagawa Jiru being absolutely adorable. I hit the floor, I laughed and squeaked so hard, because it was just BRILLIANT. And then! And then! It didn't stop there! Harry Potter/Prince of Tennis fusion! Putting all the various characters into the various houses! (Which spawned Noel and I to do our own version of the same thing.) Plus a TON of art, a NICE selection of various characters, a handful of wonderful TezuOishi illustrations (the site isn't geared towards this pairing, I just really, really like it), some nice Rokkaku art, and a TON of it. Oh. And. Tezuka x Keiko. There were no words for my "!!!!!!!!!!" expression. (No single pairing theme, just about every school is covered, though.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Sometimes, I am a little slow on the uptake. So I've been to this site several times and always thought the art was quite pretty but there wasn't enough of it for me to rec, but this time I had the brilliant idea to actually explore a little by clicking on the Atobe link. Aha~~ And while there's not much more art, there are a handful of beautiful TezuAto illustrations and we all know what a geek I am for those two. I just adore the artist's coloring, the soft shading, and the lines/poses she puts the characters into. These are just... completely and utterly the character I fell in love with, her Atobe is just gorgeous, her Tezuka is just gorgeous, hell, even her Ryoma is gorgeous. ^_~ The main gallery has some beautiful illustrations of a lot of the characters and some very pretty TezuRyo, but it was really the TezuAto (which you may have to dig a bit for) that just had me swooning. (Some TezuAto, some TezuRyo, some OshitariAtobe, some misc. pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis - ZION [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - Another site that I gank off Jennifier D, because she found it first, I checked it out, went *________*, and had to steal it, too. ^_~ I didn't even get halfway through this site before I knew I was going to rec it because the line art of this site is gorgeous. A lot of Japanese fans do these "impression" posts after the latest JUMP chapter or after the latest anime episode and several of them include little sketch drawings in with them and I LOVE THIS. Because I have this great fondness for sketches, especially when you get to see these little ideas running through their head, and the style is light and airy. This artist's shading is amazing, just really, really fantastic and she's so prolific. A wonderful combination. *_____* There's a nice selection of all the characters, both Seigaku and rivals (mostly Rokkaku and Rikkai, since they're more recent) and then a nice selection of regular art as well. There's this one TezuAto b&w illustration that just knocks me over with the shading of it (their eyes are stunning *___*) and there are so many cute TezuFuji ones (including this one of them outside where Tezuka has his eyes closed and Fuji is quietly leaning over to look at him that's just lovely) that I swirl into a giddy mess of fangirl goo. Which then started to froth and bubble over the TezuFuji kissing comic. *___* (Too many to name, but you'll see a fair amount of TezuFuji, OishiEiji, and maybe a little SaeFuji.)

- Prince of Tennis - end of heart [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I tried not to like this site, because I wasn't all that fond of the art at first, but the more I kept clicking (because they were kinda cute), the more I started to go "EEEEEE!! THIS IS SO CUTE!!!" and by the end I was just a mess of squee'ing fangirl. The art is just absolutely adorable--the artist uses some really great colors and linework and shading, but it's really Teh c00t that won me over with it. Because chibi-TezuFuji wound together with a ribbon or chibi-TezuFuji with neko-ears/crown for Tezuka and little metal horn-like things for Fuji just make me WEAK in the kneeds. Plus! Plus! Chibi-Sanada/Yukimura! And Chibi-Rikkai! And the two chibi-TezuAto did not hurt my feelings AT ALL. I wound up just loving this site. *hums~* (TezukaFuji, some light OshiGaku/Hyotei, a little Rikkai.)

- Prince of Tennis/Hunter x Hunter - Little Portion [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - ........oh, my god, this artist is amazing. Just... I was floored by the incredible use of CG art here and am wildly in love. The site is very Eiji-centric, very FujiEiji-friendly, but also with some absolutely stunning Golden Pair art. Just... I'm speechless, I suspect. The coloring is flat-out amazing, just vivid and bright and incredible. The proportions are perfect and it really reminds me of a professionally done CG game, that's how GOOD this artist is. Okay, and I admit the ZukaKiku illustration did make me go *ufufufufu*, but it's PRETTY. My favorite, though, is still the absolutely incredible one of Oishi and Eiji in the leaves. Just... WOW. I'm incoherent with how good the art is. And there's not much Hunter x Hunter art here, but what there is is just... DAMN. Some of the best art I've seen for ANYTHING much less for a series. *FAWNS* (Some FujiEiji, some OishiEiji, other Eiji pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - It was the SanadaYukimura illustration on this page that first caught my attention because it was absolutely gorgeous (though, as I type this rec, the top illustration has been replaced with an adorable Christmas themed one XD) and the rest of the site was quite fun to go through. The artist has a rather soft style that I really liked, soft lines and soft colors, just this side of 'romantic' (but not girly-romantic, this is just me being a doofy fangirl XD) that made all the illustrations pretty. This is one of the few Rikkai-friendly sites I've honestly liked, becasue the art is actually very pretty. Definitely one of those sites that makes me think I could fall for SanaYuki... and, okay, it didn't hurt that there was a little TezuFuji in there, too. *nfyu~* (SanadaYukimura, some TezukaFuji, Rikkai-friendly, other pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I've rec'd this site before, but I'm going to re-rec it for the Rokkaku art because there was a series of illustrations where Itt-chan's blowing hot air did various things (power a hot air balloon, blow up girls' skirts, etc.) that cracked me up and because any site with cute Saeki/Kentarou (oh, how I want to 'ship this pairing) has to be rec'd. ^_~ Plus, the Yukimura illustrations are nice. I really like the artist's sense of color, it feels very warm and coupled with a strong eye for lineart and you've got a site I really enjoyed. (No single pairing theme/warnings.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - I was slowly caving on this site because the artist has a nice style (a bit on the roundish side, but that does help enhance the cuteness of her art) because she draws an absolutely adorable Sakuno and some of the cutest Tomoka/Sakuno illustrations that I've ever seen. But I officially caved when I hit a second gallery (there are more than one here, I believe) and Eiji was leaning in to kiss Oishi in one panel and in the next Tezuka's got his arm wrapped around Oishi's head, a flat look on his face, and a racket shoved practically up Eiji's nose that cracked me up. I LOVED that. XD XD XD The artist's shading is also lovely and there's a nice selection of art here (Wheeee~! I get to cross Sakaki x Jiroh off my list of pairings~! ^_^v) even beyond just Oishi stuff. Plus? Tezuka and Oishi in the rain? *WIBBLES* Also absolutely ADORED the TezukaSakuno illustration, which is my pet crack but I LOVE it. *was so happy* (Some RyoSaku, some het pairings, some TomoSaku, some TezukaOishi, some OishiEiji, some other yaoi/inter-school pairings, some Hyotei.)

- Prince of Tennis/Full Metal Alchemist/Naruto - [ English Fan Art Site ] - This is another artist that Yin pointed me to and I was happily going through the art, but KNEW I had to rec the artist when I came across her absolutely gorgeous Sakura/Ino illustration. The artist does gorgeous things with light, airy colors, often pastels, but the kind that work perfectly. Everything seems to almost... but not quite... glow, making all the art look beautiful. The lineart is absolutely wonderful as well, I swoon, really. I originally came here for the TeniPuri art, but I think I actually like the Naruto art a lot more, it's fantastic. Oh, and I have got to mention her FMA art--the one of Roy and Ed is incredible and I dearly, dearly hope to see more from the artist. (Some yaoi/shounen ai, but no single theme.)

- Prince of Tennis/Detective Conan - [ Japanese Fan Art Site ] - The first thing to catch my attention on this site was the fabulous top illustration of Momo and Ryoma; then, after going through the gallery, I continued to fall more and more in love with their MomoRyo, since they do some of the best art I've seen for the pairing. There's far too little MomoRyo out there, so it's nice to find an artist that's really good like this (Ryoma's eyes are a little odd, but I'm completely in love with the lines and colors--her shading and strong use of CG are really professional-level, in my opinion) and to scratch that itch I needed. Plus, hey, any site that lets me scratch a bunch of odd pairings off my list (Nanjiroh/Akutsu!? BWAH. ♥♥) As for the Detective Conan fanart... I really can't comment too much, given that I really don't know the characters at all, just that I wanted to shove the site up into a DC section since I want to eventually have a section for them. At any rate, the art is very pretty, probably even moreso than the Tenipuri stuff. The lines and colors look a bit softer here, less CG-ish and a bit more like they were hand-drawn. The details continue to be fabulous and a couple of the illustrations are just flat-out amazing. (Mostly MomoRyo, lots of other yaoi, though.)

- Prince of Tennis - Very Best [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I'm not sure how I got here, other than I started randomly going through Prince of Tennis fanart sites again this morning, saw some gift art on another site, went "OMG THOSE ARE SO PRETTY I LOVE THE DELICATE LINES *__*" and had to hunt the artist's site down. It was originally the Hyoutei art that I was drawn to the site for (the one illustration of Jiroh she has is beautiful and I lovelove her group illustrations), but I stayed for the handful of beautiful Fudomine illustrations and the squee-worthy GP ones. The reason I squee so much is just... it's hard to explain, but the artist does this delicate linework that's not really girly, per say, but more just very... fine-looking in certain places, the opposite of blocky or clunky. And her coloring is lovely, very pretty soft, delicate shades. Every time I would look at one of her OishiEiji illustrations, I would just completely FLUTTER over Oishi's hair and eyes. ♥ ....I'm not explaining it well, but I really did enjoy this site a lot. ^_^v (No real pairing/school theme, it covers a lot of different stuff.)

- Prince of Tennis - 2x8 flower [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Hana originally pointed me to some of the art on this site, then Yin showed me where the top page was so I could properly explore the site, so I'm blaming this one on those two. ^_~ This is one of those sites that doesn't really have any single theme to it, so it's hard for me to catagorize it, but it's got something for just about everyone. The first illustrations to hit me were the adorable TezukaFuji ones, but there are also some beautiful YagyuuNiou ones, and even some absolutely wonderful Inui/Yanagi ones, too. And then there's some cute FujiRyo, some cute TezukaRyoma, some cute Rokkaku illustrations, some beautiful Rikkai ones, and just on and on and on. Sanu's Gallery is nice for her pretty lineart--she did these fantastic Christmas illsutrations that were both just SO CUTE and had such prettypretty colors and I totally fangirled over them. Then Miko's Gallery was just... her art is nearly like this painting style that's just incredibly cool to see. There's too much art here for me to properly describe, but, ahahahaha, yes, of course I loved the ones of Yagyuu and Niou kissing especially. Ooh, ooh, and the softly beautiful one of Tezuka taking a picture of himself and Fuji leaning into him while they're in traditional clothing. LUFF. (Too many pairings to name, no single theme, but lots of Seigaku and Rikkai art.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Korean Fanart Site ] - Oh, I had to rec this site, because... dammit, the art is SO CUTE. I just... I started going through the galleries and just fell in love with all of it because it's not quite traditional chibi, but not regular-regular art, either. I think what finally won me over were the Fuji family illustrations--there's one of kiddie!Yumiko and kiddie!Syuusuke holding kiddie!Yuuta's hand in the snow that is THE CUTEST THING I HAVE SEEN ALL DAY. Seriously, I nearly melted right through the floor, I was in such a puddle of fangirl goo, it's just so adorable! Plus, the Fuji/Yuuta illustrations (I don't think they're Fujicest illustrations, but Fujicest fans could probably claim them as such? Yes, I'm looking a j00. >:F I'd do the same if they were Tezuka/Fuji illustrations. XD) are just so incredibly CUTE! And, eeeeeeeee, the ADORABLE-ness of the Fudomine illustrations! And little Yuuta in a bear costume! And THE CUTEST SHISHIDO ILLUSTRATION EVAR! And, really, that sums up what I loved about this site--it was so cute that I just could not NOT stop squee'ing. (No pairnings/warnings, unless you want to look for them?)

- Prince of Tennis - Cat's Eye [ Korean Fanart Site ] - You know, I'm not really sure how to describe this site, because... the art is... kind of its own particular style, which you'll see what I mean better if you surf onto the site. It's not as jarring as other sites I've seen, but it also may not be for everyone... the eyes in particular tend to stand out a lot. .___. However, I actually kind of like it, but, then, I've always liked that faint touch of the demon-ish (not that that's what the artist was going for, but that's what kind of looks like) or the ethereal. However, the artist does really good lines and great colors and her Marui and Kirihara chibis are TO DIE FOR. There's also this one black and white lineart of Rikkai that's just gorgeous, there's this INCREDIBLY detailed one of Fuji and Kirihara, etc., and it was art like that that made me want to rec the site. Plus, the Tezuka/Fuji illustration on the top of the site didn't hurt, either. ♥ (No single theme, Rikkai-friendly.)

- Prince of Tennis/Bleach/Full Metal Alchemist/Death Note/Naruto - [ English Fanart Site ] - Oh, I knew I'd be rec'ing this artist when I saw the KakaIru chibis with the cake, because HOLY SHIT THAT IS SO FUCKING CUTE EEEEEEEEE OMG LOVE LOVE LOVE SQUEEEEEEEEE is pretty much the response I had. But there is also this utterly fantastic five-page FMA comic with Ed and a little chibi Roy that just... *sporfles* oh, it's pretty and utterly hysterical. There's also this utterly gorgeous Roy illustration, a heart-breaking Hughes one, a couple of beautifully colored Death Note illustrations, a couple of beautiful Bleach illustrations, and even a couple of adorable Tenipuri ones. I just... I really like the artist's coloring, it's that kind of richly textured look that makes everything look so pretty, in addition to REALLY nice lines. Just... very fun artist here, especially the FMA and Naruto stuff. (Some KakaIru, some other shounen ai pairings, but no real themes.)

- Prince of Tennis - Robin_food [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I'm not sure how to describe why I like this site so much, other than to note that I just really like the artist's more current lineart. Well, that and I was totally won over by the fanart of Hiyoshi that looked like it was done with CG and is just... well, incredible, really. From the fantastic detail on his hair to the perfect lines of his body to the gorgeous way he was super-bishounen-ified, that image made me a fan of the site. Of course, that the artist does the occasional gorgeous Shishido or adorable Yuuta or Marui getting bubble-gum ALL OVER HIS FACE HAHAHAHA XD or the most stunning Yukimura that I've seen in a long time (the one where he's one the phone and seems to almost GLOW, just... *SWOON*) or the most adorable Kirihara ever or fantastic SanaYuki... well, all those things help, too. I really just... GOOD ARTIST HERE YOU GO SEE NOW. (Some shounen ai, no real pairing themes, Hyoutei-friendly, and Rikkai-friendly.)

- Prince of Tennis/Full Metal Alchemist - OVER x REACTION [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I will admit that the art does start out a little simplistic, but I kept clicking because the artist showed potential with her FMA art... and then I got about four or five illustrations in and the artist REALLY tightened up and did what is quite possibly the most beautiful Hawkeye fanart EVER. And then she did a gorgeous RoyEd illustration with these amazing warm colors and a beautiful sense of intimacy without really showing anything... and, yeah, I was pretty much gone by then. Plus, I really like her Prince of Tennis fanart, because she draws Ryoma really cute and rather pretty at the same time and the one TezuRyo illustration on the site is one of the few I like for that pairing. Plus, she did a REALLY NICE FujiRyo illustration and a SUPER ADORABLE Ryoma and Karupin. <3 The whole site wound up being one of those that I just... enjoyed, really. ♥ (Some RoyEd, some RoyAi, some Tenipuri shounen ai without any real themes beyond Ryoma.)

- Prince of Tennis - dapantyo [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - ....have I never rec'd this site? It seems like I must have... but I can't find it in my links anywhere. It's one of those sites that's just completely all over the map with the characters they draw in the illustrations. One time it'll be a TezuAto illustration, the next it'll be an Eiji illustration, the next it'll be an OshiGaku illustration, the next it'll be Fuji, the next it'll be Ryoma and Karupin, the next it'll be a TezuFuji illustration, then another OshiGaku illustration, and so on. Which I like, because I like a lot of different things (obviously) and because the art is really cute. Her OshiGaku is probably the best, but I find I also like the ZukaAto stuff, because she uses these really pretty colors with brush-like style that works nicely. Just... a NICE site and FUN and one of those that gives me a fix for lots of little things. (Several shounen ai pairings, few themes, but mostly OshiGaku, with Seigaku-friendly, Hyoutei-friendly, TezuAto-friendly, and TezuFuji-friendly elements.)

- Prince of Tennis - Magma [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I am rec'ing this site for two reasons--really pretty Niou illustrations and a couple of adorable Bane-chan/Davide illustrations; the artist really does do great lines with her characters, very detailed and sharp, with really good colors. She's the kind that puts a lot of detail into the hair and eyes, combining it with a solid sense for proportions, so that it really looks like they could have stepped out of a manga. But, really, you're going here for the prettypretty Niou. ....oh, and that really hot one of Sanada and Yanagi. XD (Some Niou/Yagyuu, some other shounen ai, Rikkai-friendly, Rokkaku-friendly.)

- Prince of Tennis - xiexie [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Well. I was sort of waffling back and forth on this site (the artist does a really good Ryoma, but I wavered on the rest of her characters) when I hit the Midoriyama fanart. Let me say that again. Midoriyama fanart. And not just any Midoriyama fanart, pretty Midoriyama fanart. I had no idea such a thing existed in this world! ^_~ In all seriousness, though, the artist does really beautiful fanart for the school and she does really lovely Hyoutei illustrations of Shishido and Ohtori and her oekaki is really fun/good if you like oekaki fanart, which I often do. There's this one Shishido fanart that's just... his long hair is swirling around his head and he's got these lovely intense eyes. And then there's here ADORABLE oekaki of Ryoma with Karupin inside his shirt. And I mentioned the gorgeous Midoriyama fanart? Yes? Okay. I really ♥ this site. XD (Maybe a little shounen ai, but not very much. Seigaku and ShishiTori.)

- Prince of Tennis/Death Note - MGA [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - ....SPRITES! SPRITES SPRITES SPRITES OH MY GOD I LOVE THESE SPRITES! *coughs* Okay. So. I have this thing about sprites. I love them. I want to adopt them so much. And there are several that I just fell in love with--there's a TezuFuji sprite, a TezuAto sprite, and THERE IS EVEN AN AKUTAKA SPRITE. My love spirals and twirls around the room with glee and delight. Plus, there are a lot of sprites based on the crack chibi episode where they were all a family (WITH TEZUKA AND FUJI AS THE GRANDPARENTS! <3<3<3), there's a SuperSaiyajin!Tezuka sprite (C'mon, that's what it looks like! XD), there's a sprite for just about every major pairing that you could want--hell, there's even a sprite of TEZUKA AND SANDA. ♥♥♥ And they really are quite well-made and the Death Note sprites are cute as well and just... this site fills me with the glee. (Anything and everything, pretty much.)

- Prince of Tennis/Gundam SEED - Ultimate Powers [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I love it when a site can actually wow me with the shading, colors, and lines, to the point that the art looks professional and makes me mourn that there aren't more of my favorite series presented--I can only find the one FMA illustration as the current top illustration and it's gorgeous enough to make me pine for more. However! This is the artist that does those incredible Tenipuri doujinshi that look damn near like they could have been actual art from the series--her Kamio/Shinji one I see all the time, her Oshitari/Gakuto one I see all the time, her group illustrations are often on the covers of those Love Prince anthologies and I lust after them because they're so beautiful and then her Gundam SEED art is done with the same talent and they're just... damn, they're good. I wish, DEARLY wish, that she had more FMA and Death Note fanart because I'd drool all over myself some more. (Shounen-ai friendly, but no single theme.)

- Prince of Tennis - HAPHAZARD [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I would have thought for sure that I'd have seen this site before, especially since a handful of the illustrations seem familiar. But, again, I can't find it anywhere on my list, so if it gets re-rec'd... saaa na. Anyway, it's one of those sites that's really kinda cute with a handful of illustrations (like the one of Fuji and Ryoma lying in the grass *__*) that are just beautiful. Lots of bright colors and clean lines, some really good Fuji illustrations, lots of details, lots of cuteness, and on and on. I think the FujiRyo illustrations are probably the highlight of the site, they seem to be done the best, but the SaekiFuji ones are cute, and there's at least one really, really good FujiEiji illustration. Which makes this site one of those that... I'm just glad to have gone through, because it filled out my morning nicely. (FujiRyo, FujiEiji, SaekiFuji, maybe a little other shounen ai?)

- Prince of Tennis - JDE [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - As I'll often do, I sort of sat on the fence about this one for awhile, appreciating the art style, but not really connecting with the artist... until I hit the small handful of Bane/Davide art on the site and promptly went *__* over them. After that, I started noticing how pretty her Ohtori was and then there was a really nice one of Ryoga and... well, yes. I wound up rather liking the site and the artist's style, which is very... painting-like, I suppose, lots of rich, dark colors and a very slick style. Interesting and full of lots of different characters. <3 (No single themes, lots of shounen-ai-friendly pairings from various schools.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I'm sort of starting to develop a bit of a thing for Ryoga, because he's pretty and looks like a lot of fun, and I've found a couple of fanart sites that have some really lovely illustrations of the character and this site is no exception. There are a couple of just absolutely lovely Ryoga illustrations, some really, really pretty (and hot--watch out for the not work safe Ryoga/Ryoma ones), but it was the one of all three sleeping Echizens that utterly made me melt. Plus, oh, god, Ryoga with Nanjiroh's terrible Hawaiian shirts? SO GREAT. I also really like the cel-styled illustrations of Ryoga and Ryoma, some of them look like they could almost have been professional. <3 (Ryoga/Ryoma, occasional graphic content.)

- Prince of Tennis/Konjiki no Gash Bell!! - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I don't know how I get onto sites anymore, but I'm glad I stumbled over this one, because it has some of the prettiest Ryoma illustrations I've seen in a long time, his eyes are just gorgeous and I love the way the artist draws the lines of his face. Also, the site taps into my sort-of-kind-of interest in Ryoga/Ryoma, though, I can't tell if it's Something More or if they're Just Brothers, either way, I am ♥ ALL OVER this site! While I liked the FujiRyo and thought they were pretty, the artist just does a fantastic job with the Echizen boys, the colors are awesome, the lines are awesome, the details are awesome, and Ryoga is gorgeous. The one of him in a black shirt and looking askance at the 'camera' with that sly look on his face? Gorgeous. And then the Konjiki no Gash Bell!! fanart was lovely, the artist continues to use her really pretty colors and her use of good lines with the characters, making it a surprisingly pretty site for the series. :D (Some Ryoga/Ryoma, some FujiRyo, some other/Ryoma.)

- Prince of Tennis/Naruto - Lovely Place [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There are two things that attract me to this site--the not-quite-chibi illustrations of pretty much every major team in the series were adorable. They're so cute and every one just gets more and more adorable and there's a ton of them and then there's the little winter!Seigaku one where they're all dressed up in warm clothes and walking together and all the traditional couples and I just spaz from the cute. It helps that I'm really fond of the traditional pairings (TezuFuji, InuKai, OishiEiji, MomoRyo, etc.), but I really think these are some of the most adorable images I've seen even aside from that. The artist really knows how to draw the characters well without stepping too far over the cute line and into saccharine. The other thing is that I was really impressed by the artist's Naruto fanart, which is nicely polished and detailed. There's not nearly as much of it on the site as there is Tenipuri art, but the Gaara illustration alone makes the visit worthwhile. Well, no. Gaara and the really kickass one of ANBU!(?) Sasuke. And Naruto with the spiral on his stomach. And Hokage!Naruto with ANBU!Sasuke. *__* Such pretty colors, too. (Some implication of TezuFuji, OishiEiji, InuKai, MomoRyo, ToriShishi, AkutsuDan, OshiAto, other popular Hyoutei pairings. Worth a visit for both Seigaku and Hyoutei fans.)

- Prince of Tennis - EWIG [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I gave this link a lot of thought because it has TezuRyo fanart on it and I nearly skipped the site all together because goodness knows the terrible behavior of the TezuRyo fans have made me want to avoid the pairing alltogether. But as long as I'm going for Ryoma pairings outside of my usual preferences and as long as the art is cute... what the hell. This site is really kind of adorable, the artist draws with these light, pretty colors that are some of my favorites and draws some nice details (her clothes are especially nice, any time she puts them in some new outfit or uniform, it's as much fun to look at as anything else) and some of the cutest damn poses. Also, there's Echizencest and, um, I may kind of like that. Also, her Tezuka is hot, that's all I care about. ....oh, and there's this one Atobe/Ryoma image that's hot. Like, hot hot. I'm still trying to get my mind around this concept. Even if he does look like an underage hooker. ♥ (Tezuka/Ryoma, Ryoga/Ryoma, Tezuka/Ryoga/Ryoma, Atobe/Ryoma, some other, an occasional bit of gen.)

- Prince of Tennis/Final Fantasy VII - Lucky Wakame [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I feel like I've been to this site before or that I've recommended it before, but I can't check my list of links and it's sitting right in front of me.... Again, apparently, I'm going for a Random Ryoma Pairings post today, so I stumbled over some Ryoga/Ryoma fanart, which is a secret fondness of mine. I admit, I felt free to skip over a lot of the images on this site, but there were a lot I saved, too. The artist is pretty good at the cel-style illustrations she does... but mostly I loved the site for the retarded Echizen family antics. Burying Ryoga and Nanjiroh in the sand or drawing them with the Final Fantasy VII or even stuff where Ryoga and Ryoma are sleeping on each other in a heap on the floor. Also. Um. The Ryoga vs Karupin FIGHT-O! comic may have been a thing of genius. ♥

Now. As for the FFVII fanart... I originally didn't expect too much, despite the four-panel comic of Cloud sleeping on Sephiroth's hair that was great. Then I hit the comic from AC where Sephiroth first appears and Cloud GLOMPS him instead and I positively squee'd at the cute. Then there were more cute comics. Then there was a hot Sephiroth defending an unconscious Cloud, his silver hair swirling dramatically around him, his body frame all power and danger and lethal and I went, "adslfkjalsdfj;alsdjfasd, Y HALO THAR" in net-speak in my mind, that's how retardedly happy this site made me. ....also, lingerie!Cloud may have made me kind of really happy. (Ryoga/Ryoma, Sephiroth/Cloud.)

- Prince of Tennis - the stoicism empire [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - And, again, we're back to the TezuRyo fanart, which I'm really mostly into for the Tezuka fanart and any pretty Tenipuri fanart to round out my collection. This site... Ryoma can look rather young at times, but the artist does these almost sun-dappled tones (....that's probably not what I really mean, but I can't think of a better description, it's not sepia tones....) that I have a weakness for. She also does a hot!Tezuka and... well, yes. ♥ There are even a handful of illustrations with things like Ryoma wrapping arms around Tezuka's neck or Tezuka leaning over to look directly into his face or even the, um, kind of hot wet!Tezuka and wet!Ryoma. I think it probably helps if you're a fan of one or both of the characters, but the artist has a certain charm to her work that won me over... well, as much as I could be, that is. :D (Tezuka/Ryoma, some Ryoga/Ryoma.)

- Prince of Tennis - AQUA*AB [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - In a way, I have completely stolen this link from Charlotte; she posted a link to an event, I started browsing the people involved, I stumbled over this site and I don't think I've recommended it before... either way, there was lovely art on it and I was all flailing arms and incoherent keyboard mashing at the TezuFuji. (Admittedly, I had to poke around the source code to find the links to the pages I wanted, but it wasn't really that difficult.) When the artist does for those soft colors, when Fuji leans on Tezuka's shoulder or Tezuka wraps an arm around him and they look off to something just beyond the border of the image... I am goo. I am goo at the beautiful, beautiful art. The artist does a very nice Tezuka, but... for once, I'm actually over the moon for the artist's take on Fuji. The way she shades his hair, the warm color used for it, the delicate but still a boy way that I am weak to... he's really, really beautiful here. The colored multi-page comic is just... one of the prettiest things I've seen in awhile. ♥ Not everything is perfect (not until you start poking around the sub-galleries, where I don't think I met an image I didn't like *___*), I'm really only over the mood for a handful of images. But those ones that got to me? Are the kind that keep me in this fandom years after I've tried to get out. ♥ (Tezuka/Fuji, some Oishi/Eiji, some Fuji/Eiji, some other yaoi pairings.)

- Prince of Tennis - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Oh, my god. I had a screaming fit at poor Meg as I stumbled onto this site, because I am out of Prince of Tennis fandom. Sure, I read a couple of fics recently, but they were ones that mostly just popped up on my flist, not art sites for rare pairings that I went specifically to visit. But. But. B-but. It's Tezuka/Eiji, do you know how rare that pairing is? And much less when it doesn't suck?? I mean, it's not perfect, but it's very cute and I actually... I mean, I know it's a crackship, but sites like this remind me that it's kind of fun to ship crackships sometimes. The art here is loose and fun and cute, almost sketch-like but the artist has a lot of potential and it's just fun to look at the images. .....♥ (Tezuka/Eiji, some other/Eiji.)

- Prince of Tennis - Mark Club [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This is probably a site that will really not be for everyone, but because I am weak to these characters, I'm more willing to go along with it. Plus, I love chibis! And there are little chibi Tezuka and Atobe FISHING! I'd almost forgotten that they both had a type of fishing as their hobby and a;sldkjfal;sjk jeez, I've missed these two. Also, there is cat-ears!chibi!Atobe and we've established that I'm weak. The colors are solid, done in cel-style coloring, and the artist has improved a lot over time, so I'd love to see more from her. This was just a nice, fun little site to come across today. <3 (Tezuka/Atobe, a little other.)
