- Tales of Vesperia - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This site does start out kind of rough, I'll grant. But I saw potential and, well, I really wanted some Yuri/Estelle art after the last couple of sites, so I kept going with the site. And, about halfway through, you could start to see the artist's work improving, her lines got tighter and more detailed, to the point that looking at some of her b&w sketches, you could see how pretty her art really was. Actually, in some ways, I almost preferred the b&w sketches, they had a quiet loveliness to them, while the anime-cel-style coloring was still a little shakey. But. There's a lot of art here and the artist has progressed nicely over the course of the site, to where I was really eager to click on each new link and it made for a very satisfying site, even aside from wanting the pairing here. And her Estelle is totally cute, oh, man. (Mostly gen, some Yuri/Estelle.)

- Tales of Vesperia - Mr.Postman [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I feel like I recognize this site's layout, but I haven't done that many Vesperia site recs, so I'm going to assume I've been here before, but there wasn't enough art to properly rec. But this time there's just enough of it and I was kind of instantly in love with the first illustration I saw, the one of Yuri and Estelle with their hands tied together, a strawberry on a fork between them. It was pretty and nicely detailed and I am so totally weak to that shoujo kind of thing. XD I'm not quite as fond of the comics, they're a bit more on the simple side, despite that you can see the clean, solid work of the artist in them. It's just. The Tales games are usually meant to have color in them, imo. XD The color ones, the group illustrations or the stand-alone stuff, though, makes the site very worthwhile, even aside from the pairing. *__* (Some Yuri/Estelle, some gen.)

- Tales of Vesperia - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This is one of those sites where I was supposed to be in bed ten minutes ago, but I just couldn't stop clicking on this site. The illustrations range from solidly good to surprisingly sort of almost official looking in some ways. ....I realize that sounded really half-assed, but I was genuinely pleased and a little impressed with the art in places. It's not always perfect, but occasionally it's really solid. Or at least has the potential to be. Whatever, I'm tired and not thinking straight. But I enjoyed this site a lot, there's a slightly older Estelle that's gorgeous and the log art is fun, which is all I ask. As for the Abyss art, I was ready to skip that section (since I was in a Vesperial mood and it was mostly log art anyway), but I started clicking randomly and a;sldkfjaslkj there's a solid variety of all the main characters and there's an Asch/Natalia image in the main illustrations section and a;sldkfjas I am weak. (No real warnings/pairings that I'd mention for either.)

- Tales of Vesperia/Tales of the Abyss - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I actually came here looking for Vesperia art (since I was on a kick for it this morning) but wound up staying for the Abyss art, as well! Though, in general, I think the Vesperia art is a little stronger, but that's just because it's newer and the Abyss art is still really cute and surprisingly diverse for all the different characters it covered. The artist is really good with these soft, pale colors that combine with clean lines and just a hint of chibi to them, which all combines and looks really pretty sometimes. Plus! Omg! A Vespersia high school AU with character profiles! SO ADORABLE. There's a decent amount of art here, the recent comics are really cute/pretty, and the artist clearly has fun with her work. That made the site a delight to go through. (Maybe a little Yuri/Estelle, but mostly gen, I'd say. Some Luke/Tear for ToA, some gen.)

- Tales of Vesperia - KNOB [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I'm not sure what I expected to find when I saw the current index page for this site, I kind of expected to look at a couple of links and then wander off. But somehow... I found that I really liked this artist, there's a certain something to it that I like. Whether it's a surprising amount of detail or really kinda pretty colors or just something, I don't know. But it's actually some pretty nice art here, I had a good time with the site! It also had a nice variety of characters, which is always good. (No real warnings/pairings.)

- Tales of Vesperia - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I definitely wish there had been more art on this site, but it wasn't too pitiful, either. My favorite is the one of Estelle sitting in a field, with the wind blowing her hair and the petals around, the artist did a fantastic job on that one, from the soft, bright pastel colors to the way the back of her hair and her dress look just so lovely. But I also loved the series of stand-alone illustrations for the characters and there's a really pretty one of Flynn and Estelle even! A short site, but a nice one to spend some time on this morning. (No real warnings/pairings.)

- Tales of Vesperia - KISIRO [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This is one of those sites where you have to scout around awhile to find everything, they tend to mash all the Tales series together, but I kind of don't mind, since I like half of the ones here anyway. (Or at least half of the ones that get a decent amount of art for them anyway. XD) I'm especially fond of the site for it's Yuri/Estelle art in the galleries, because they're so cute together. But! Also! Two illustrations, one of Flynn and one of Yuri, where they're wearing glasses! I'm weak to that kind of thing. I think my favorites usually turned out to be the Estelle art (the one in the blue formal dress! so pretty!), but the Yuri ones turned out pretty nicely as well, and there was actually a really decent selection here and the occasional really beautiful illustration. All things I look for. <3 ....and this is one of those rare sites where I actually wanted to go through the etchya section because it got kind of good sometimes! AND SPRITES OMG. (Some Yuri/Estelle, some gen. Occasionally NSFW.)

- Tales of Vesperia - ikarabi! [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I was a little hesitant to rec this site at first because there's not that much art in the illustrations section, but... well, there are a lot of cute, sweet comics that had some solid art. But. Well. To be honest, I'm really recommending this site because I totally fangirled the Yuri/Estelle art, especially the one of him sweeping her up while she's wearing a pretty blue formal dress. And there's face-touching in the log section. And almost-kisses. And the Vesperia characters as kids! I have needs, okay. It's a solid site with a fair amount of decent art and worth a trip through if you're on a spree for the series. (Some Yuri/Estelle, some gen.)

- Tales of Vesperia - Xenolith [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I've been to this site for the Abyss art before, but I came back today because I was following Vesperia links and... well, there's not as much as I'd like, but it's really solidly decent stuff. The artist has this CG style that I might not have otherwise liked, but it's got a lot of detail in it and the colors are really richly done, and the images are just really pretty. The Yuri/Duke pairing isn't my favorite, but this artist kind of wins me over a lot, especially because there's one or two in here that's just a gorgeous illustration of the Duke. Her Yuri is nice as well, but. You're really going here for the Duke art. XD (Some Yuri/Duke, some gen.)

- Tales of Vesperia - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I definitely wish that there'd been more art on this site, there were only a handful of illustrations (and mostly sketches at that) on these pages, but... I'm weak for pretty art and this artist does a very nice Duke. The whites and reds blend together really well with this artist and it was a nice way to wrap up my spree for today. Plus! The Abyss art! It's a little hit or miss, but when the artist does a good Ion? She does a darn fine Ion. XD Her Sync is pretty damn cute, too. XD (Mostly gen for Vesperia, some Sync/Ion, some gen for Abyss.)

- Tales of Vesperia - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Okay. I definitely wish there'd been a little more art here, but the stuff that was here just totally got to me. It's very nicely colored and the lines are very clean and it's overall just very solid, really pretty even. But as;ldfkjas;lkj Yuri/Estelle, the kind that makes a shipper just totally have that moment of glee over finding good art for a pairing you like. It's not actually all about them, but there's enough pulling one or the other into their laps or almost kisses in amongst the rest of the art that I was totally caving on this site after, like, two links into the gallery. XD So. Pretty art (and actually the most recent stuff is some of the better stuff I've seen in Vesperia fandom) and a pairing I like? That's all I need. ♥ (Some Yuri/Estelle, some gen.)

- Tales of Vesperia - MKO [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I know I already recommended this site for the Abyss art, but I'm going to recommend the Vesperia art separtely because I didn't want to crowd the two recs into the same one, it always feels half-finished to me that way. Plus, different audiences usually, I figure. Anyway, I do wish there'd been more art here, there were only a handful of proper illustrations and then several comics (which I tend to skip a lot, unless the art is super gorgeous) but what was here was kind of really fantastic. The almost!kiss with Flynn and Yuri? Oh, man, so pretty! Even the log stuff looked really fantastic! And, hell, for all that I often tend to skip over the comics, these actually were very nicely drawn, the level of detail was really nice. (Flynn/Yuri, a smidge of gen if you step carefully.)

- Tales of Vesperia - Rin2 [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - It took me awhile to find a lot of the good art on this site--there's a recent illustration of Estelle in full color that's just gorgeous as all get out, but beyond that, it looked mostly like sketches and doodles. Which weren't bad, but weren't blowing me over, either. But I kept poking around and eventually I did find the other color illustrations that the artist did and realized that the site was a nice little treat to find this afternoon. When the artist does for a more traditional anime-cel-style look, she's really pretty good at it, the colors are vibrant and so vivid, everything is so clean and there's a ton of cuteness here. <3 (Some gen, some Flynn/Yuri, a smidge of Duke/Yuri.)

- Tales of Vesperia - Tuonela [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I really went back and forth on this site for awhile, the color art wasn't bad, but it wasn't quite fully catching me. But then I got to the "nightmare" comic and a;lsdkjalsjkaslkj it was kind of really pretty! Comics are almost never what ultimately catches me with a site, they're usually the ones I skip over the most, but these... they really showed what the artist could do. Raven/Yuri isn't my pairing of choice so far, but the artist made it work pretty well here, if you don't mind it. Also, some of the later color art is definitely worth taking a tour through, it gets much prettier as it goes along. <3 It was, overall, a fun and interesting site. (Some gen, some Raven/Yuri.)

- Tales of Vesperia - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Another site that I wish had had more art, since there were only about ten pages total in the section, but... it's really pretty stuff and the artist gave Vesperia its own page, so I'm hopeful that there'll be more in the future. Plus, I really like Yuri/Estelle and this artist does a terrific job with them, the anime cel-style coloring (when its used) is very solid and as;dlfkjaslkj the one of Yuri and Estelle in the field full of flowers! Where she's putting a crown of them on his head! I am weak, shut up. So, overall, it was a nice way to finish up the fanart hunting this morning. <3 (A smidge of Yuri/Estelle, some gen.)
